Renowned as a leading figure in the hospitality industry, Mr. Royal is also a dedicated social reformer. His commitment to uplifting the underprivileged led to the founding of the UnitedGlobal Peace Foundation (UGPF)—a platform devoted to structured humanitarian service.

Widely regarded as the pioneer of tourism development in Rajasthan, Dr. Panwar has held numerous top-level positions in both the Rajasthan and Indian governments. Currently serving as the Chancellor of a private university, he is also a Special Invitee Advisor to the NITI Aayog under the Chairmanship of the Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. His foresight and experience provide invaluable guidance in UGPF’s policy-making and long-term strategies.

Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar is an internationally acclaimed scholar, motivational speaker, and a powerful messenger of human consciousness. At the special request of Shri Royal, he has extended his services as the Principal Advisor and Director of UGPF. An academician, author, corporate trainer, and management consultant, Dr. Tomar stands as a unique blend of modern intellect and spiritual insight. His vision and experience play a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s ideology and programs.

Shri Shakti Singh Bandikui embodies social awareness, administrative excellence, and public service. A leader of various social movements, he has achieved significant success for public welfare. Known for his powerful oratory and inspiring presence, his role as Director at UGPF is both impactful and motivational.

Brig. Jitendra Singh Shekhawat joined the Indian Army as an officer in 1987. In 1997, during counter-terrorism operations in Jammu & Kashmir, he displayed extraordinary bravery by eliminating several terrorists—earning him the prestigious Shaurya Chakra from the President of India. Throughout his service, he was honored with the Vishisht Seva Medal and numerous commendations. Now, as a Director at UGPF, he brings leadership and discipline to the Foundation’s mission.

Mukesh Meghwal is a dedicated social activist committed to empowering Dalit youth and advocating for the underprivileged. As a committed manager at UGPF, he plays a key role in implementing welfare programs at the grassroots level. He is recognized as a strong representative of Dalit youth, a vigilant social sentinel, and a thoughtful leader. His courage, integrity, and diligence make him a vital force in the Foundation’s operations. In addition to program outreach, he leads the Foundation’s “Action Front” to ensure real-time assistance reaches those in need. His unwavering commitment to social change makes him a cornerstone of UGPF’s mission.

Shri K.K. Bohra is a veteran officer of the Indian Broadcasting Service and has served in senior roles at several national Doordarshan channels. He has been honored seven consecutive times with the Doordarshan Annual Awards—a rare distinction. He was also nominated for the internationally renowned Rose d'Or Award. A two-time trained from Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune and a five-time post-graduate, Shri Bohra is also a gold medalist in journalism. At UGPF, he guides the Foundation in media, public communication, and creative strategy.
