MEGHRAJ SINGH SHEKHAWAT
Meghraj Singh Ji Shekhawat is a visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist dedicated to the socio-economic upliftment of Rajasthan. Starting his career in 1977 at the Taj's Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, and gaining international experience in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, he returned to India in 1985 with a profound appreciation for his homeland and its cultural potential. Recognizing Jaisalmer's promise as a premier tourist destination, he launched his first hotel, Narayan Vilas, and restaurant, Trio, setting the stage for his extensive hospitality ventures. Under his leadership, The MRS Group has created iconic properties such as Suryagarh in Jaisalmer, Narendra Bhawan and Laxmi Niwas Palace in Bikaner, and Mary Budden Estate in Binsar.
Currently, he is focused on restoring five forts and palaces to transform them into cultural hubs with hospitality-led diverse enterprises. Beyond hospitality, his business interests span mining, infrastructure, and real estate across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. Since 1989, Meghraj Singh Ji Shekhawat has been committed to public welfare and community service, focusing on education, environmental conservation, sustainable tourism, healthcare, and heritage preservation. His crucial support established The I Love Foundation in 2013.
Additionally, he has supported numerous 'Gaushalas' and, over the last 12 years, has tirelessly contributed to the land restoration project Dhun in Jaipur, transforming 500 acres of barren land into a thriving ecosphere. In 2016, he founded the Rajput Vikas Parishad (RVP) to empower Rajput youth and established a civil service and public sector institute in Jaipur and a girls' hostel in Ajmer. In 2017, he launched Navjan, a non-profit dedicated to youth empowerment through education, entrepreneurship, and equality. In 2023, he founded the Shri Kalyan Singh Memorial Girls Hostel in Jodhpur to support underprivileged girls. In 2024, he co-founded The United Global Peace Foundation with Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar to provide bright but underprivileged children with access to top coaching for competitive exams and sports scholarships.

Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar is an internationally acclaimed scholar, motivational speaker, and a powerful messenger of human consciousness. At the special request of Shri Royal, he has extended his services as the Principal Advisor and Director of UGPF. An academician, author, corporate trainer, and management consultant, Dr. Tomar stands as a unique blend of modern intellect and spiritual insight. His vision and experience play a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation's ideology and programs.
Dr. Lalit K. Panwar, IAS (Retd.)
Chief Advisor
Widely regarded as the pioneer of tourism development in Rajasthan, Dr. Panwar has held numerous top-level positions in both the Rajasthan and Indian governments. Currently serving as the Chancellor of a private university, he is also a Special Invitee Advisor to the NITI Aayog under the Chairmanship of the Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. His foresight and experience provide invaluable guidance in UGPF's policy-making and long-term strategies.
SH. SHAKTI SINGH JI BANDIKUI
Director
Shri Shakti Singh Bandikui embodies social awareness, administrative excellence, and public service. A leader of various social movements, he has achieved significant success for public welfare. Known for his powerful oratory and inspiring presence, his role as Director at UGPF is both impactful and motivational.
BRIGADIER JITENDRA SINGH JI SHEKHAWAT (RETD.)
Director
Brig. Jitendra Singh Shekhawat joined the Indian Army as an officer in 1987. In 1997, during counter-terrorism operations in Jammu & Kashmir, he displayed extraordinary bravery by eliminating several terrorists—earning him the prestigious Shaurya Chakra from the President of India. Throughout his service, he was honored with the Vishisht Seva Medal and numerous commendations. Now, as a Director at UGPF, he brings leadership and discipline to the Foundation's mission.
Sh. Mukesh Meghwal
Manager, UGPF
Mukesh Meghwal is a dedicated social activist committed to empowering Dalit youth and advocating for the underprivileged. As a committed manager at UGPF, he plays a key role in implementing welfare programs at the grassroots level. He is recognized as a strong representative of Dalit youth, a vigilant social sentinel, and a thoughtful leader. His courage, integrity, and diligence make him a vital force in the Foundation's operations. In addition to program outreach, he leads the Foundation's Action Front to ensure real-time assistance reaches those in need. His unwavering commitment to social change makes him a cornerstone of UGPF's mission.
Sh. K.K. Bohra
Advisor
Shri K.K. Bohra is a veteran officer of the Indian Broadcasting Service and has served in senior roles at several national Doordarshan channels. He has been honored seven consecutive times with the Doordarshan Annual Awards—a rare distinction. He was also nominated for the internationally renowned Rose d'Or Award. A two-time trained from Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune and a five-time post-graduate, Shri Bohra is also a gold medalist in journalism. At UGPF, he guides the Foundation in media, public communication, and creative strategy.
